This comprehensive course is designed to provide information on managing business operations and events. A major emphasis will be on identifying management strategies and tactics while focusing on communication, relationship, and leadership theories. Business effectiveness and ethics principles essential within the operations management culture will be analyzed and discussed. Branding, marketing, selling, customer relations, public relations, media relations, business negotiations scheduling, staff management and the implementation of action plans will be stressed.
